Does HostAffairs connect to Airbnb or Booking.com?
Today, bookings are added by manual entry or Excel import. Platform connectors (iCal, Airbnb/Booking, API) are on the roadmap and clearly marked as coming soon.
How does the free trial work?
Start a 14-day free trial. In this first version you request it here and we set up your environment and send your access — no credit card required.
Can I limit what my cleaning team sees?
Yes. Access is controlled at three levels — role, permission and property — and sensitive data is filtered on the server, so on-site teams only see what they need.
How are taxes handled?
Tax rules are configurable by country and municipality and never hard-coded. Calculations are traceable and feed monthly declarations.
Is my data secure and GDPR-friendly?
We apply server-side access control, encrypted backups and EU hosting, and describe our actual mechanisms rather than claiming a certification.
Can it grow with my business?
Yes — from a single unit to dozens of properties. HostAffairs is also available as a Windows installation.
